We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for returns, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
